The staff members are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful experience. I loved the cozy common areas for relaxing, the delicious breakfast options, and the stunning rooftop views from the hot tub.

No elevator is a major inconvenience, especially for older guests with heavy luggage!!! The small room size does not justify the high price point, leaving much to be desired in comfort. Outdated linoleum floors!!!

Consider using the hotel's bag storage service, especially during emergencies, it can save you stress while traveling.

This place was an excellent fit for a date night in Juneau with good value. Even though we had several heavy bags, the staff helped us carry them up the stairs without any fuss. I suggest requesting an assigned parking space if you’re bringing a car.

The rooftop hot tub, let me tell you, that was something else! We got a sunset view that was. Just fine. And the breakfast, everything was fresh! Had this amazing coffee machine, like I could make a perfect cup anytime, just bliss.
